Our work included

Rubicon Regeneration was lead consultant working with Brunel University to develop Co-Innovate, a design-led innovation, advice and guidance for SMEs, utilising an open innovation approach, including providing direct support to SMEs from laboratory facilities, testing and prototyping. The aim was to design a project to improve access and accelerate the transfer of knowledge and research expertise from Brunel University to SMEs in West London.

Outcome

In addition to designing the programme, we were responsible for preparing and submitting a successful ERDF funding bid to support implementation and delivery of the programme.
