In partnership with Planning Solutions Consulting, we were appointed to develop a business plan for a new park on 30 acres of land given to the local authority by Southern Water along with improvements to the existing adjacent sports park.

Outcome

As well as producing a robust business plan, we also advised on the key elements of the visitor experience, the main operational considerations and potential delivery models.
