David has worked in the field of regeneration and economic development and has over 20 years senior management experience within both the public and private sector.

Prior to setting up Rubicon Regeneration, David was an Associate Director at Enterprise plc, an international regeneration consultancy.

He has specific knowledge and experience of regeneration and economic development, including strategy development, research, labour market analysis, sector and cluster development, inward investment and business support, both at a policy and practical level.

He also has a detailed knowledge and practical experience in bidding for and securing external funding both from central government and Europe.

He has a proven track record in structuring, delivering and managing multi-disciplinary regeneration programmes and projects to promote holistic regeneration. He also has strong project management skills and experience, particularly in developing local and regional partnership models and delivery vehicles.
