Rubicon Regeneration led on preparing the Heathrow City Growth Strategy, an innovative and high profile initiative to support and encourage the creation and growth of enterprise in deprived urban areas. Heathrow City was one of 4 national pilots chosen by the Small Business Service (SBS) in London.

The work included detailed research to help identify the future needs and priorities of the area, including a review of the local economy, profile of the business base and an assessment of competitive advantage of the area. The work included cluster analysis to assess and develop growing clusters: media, hospitality, food innovation, logistics and fashion and clothing.

Rubicon Regeneration continues to work with the Heathrow City Partnership to develop and implement programmes to promote and secure the economic development of the area.
